We use personal data to provide SureRod's core services, including registration, authentication, vehicle listing, listing review, public listing display, search, comparison, image and document processing, buyer-seller chat, viewing bookings, interested-buyer follow-up, customer management, content operations, package and token management, payment request review, fraud prevention, security, system analytics, troubleshooting, essential notifications, and compliance with legal obligations or lawful requests.
We process data under appropriate legal bases, such as performance of a contract or pre-contract request, legitimate interests for security and fraud prevention, legal obligation, and consent where required by law or where the feature is optional and user-controlled.
Some seller-provided listing information may be published to website visitors as part of the listing service. Certain contact or interested-buyer information may be shared between buyers and sellers when needed for chat, viewing bookings, or follow-up. Seller-uploaded inspection documents are displayed according to their verification status, and pending documents should not be treated as SureRod-checked inspection results.
We may disclose personal data as necessary to buyers, sellers, admins, hosting providers, database providers, storage and content delivery providers, email providers, analytics providers, security providers, payment or package-related service providers, and professional advisers. We do not sell users' personal data as a product.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep sessions active, remember language preferences, store essential settings, support saved cars and comparisons, manage login security, prevent attacks, and measure website performance.
