These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of SureRod, including the website, account system, car listing tools, search and comparison tools, chat, viewing bookings, document features, packages, tokens, promotions, advertising placements, and related admin tools. By registering, signing in, listing a vehicle, contacting a seller, booking a viewing, uploading a file, or using any part of the website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
SureRod is an online meeting place for used-car buyers and sellers. The website helps organize listing, search, comparison, chat, viewing requests, listing review, and content management. SureRod is not automatically the owner of every listed vehicle, a party to every vehicle sale, or a lender, unless a specific service clearly says otherwise in writing.
Users must provide accurate account and vehicle information, protect passwords and OTPs, avoid impersonation, and use the website in good faith. Sellers must not hide material defects, misstate mileage, use another person's photos without permission, publish misleading prices, or claim SureRod checking where it has not been completed. The team may review, hide, reject, remove, or suspend listings and accounts that are incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or misleading.
Uploaded photos, inspection documents, payment slips, and other content may be resized, converted, watermarked, made into smaller preview images, scanned, or processed for safety and performance. A seller-uploaded inspection document is not a SureRod-checked inspection result unless the document status is marked as checked or the service clearly states that verification has been completed.
Chat, viewing bookings, and interested-buyer records are tools for buyer-seller communication. Users must not send scams, malicious links, unlawful content, threats, harassment, or materially misleading information. SureRod may store messages, viewing requests, interested-buyer status, and contact records as needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, manage complaints, and improve site safety.
Prices, estimated monthly payments, budget planning tools, and financing-related labels are for general planning only. They are not a loan offer, financing approval, or guarantee that financing will be available. Actual financing terms depend on the lender, income, documents, credit history, selected vehicle, down payment, and the lender's own assessment.
Packages, tokens, promotional placements, and payment requests manage listing and promotion rights inside the system. Users must not top up tokens or change account permissions outside the approved process. Payment approval, token adjustment, account permission changes, and special access may only be performed by authorized admins.
You must not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, selling vehicles you do not have the right to sell, violating personal data, infringing intellectual property, distributing malware, scraping with bots, overloading the service, bypassing admin permissions, falsifying documents, falsifying payment slips, or materially misleading other users.
SureRod will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and safe, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or that user-provided information will always be complete or accurate. Vehicle purchase, inspection, ownership transfer, payment, financing, and contract decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant parties. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand to the extent applicable.
